Account deletion

This page is public and available without login.

In the app

Open True Plate → Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.

This deletes your True Plate account and personal profile data. Some public experience data may be removed, anonymized, or retained only where needed to preserve community evidence and comply with legal or safety requirements.

By email

Email support@trueplate.app from the address associated with your account and include your request to delete the account.

What we may retain

Some public experiences may be anonymized rather than fully removed so True Plate can preserve non-identifying community evidence. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
